    a two storey one.
One farmer had his corn in his haggard and it was blown across the hill of Frewin into Lough Owel. There were also many trees uprooted in the district.
There was a big wind about 35 years ago, and the roofs were blown off the houses, and there were alot of trees blown down also. There was a big, hay-shed in Walshestown, and the wind got under it and carried it over Lough Owel and some days after the big wind the shed was found on the shores of Lough Owel. The time of the big wind, there was a lot of damage done and there was a big hay-shed in Knock-na-Críabh and it was blown down.
