- On May morning a white-thorn bush is placed in front of the door. It is decorated with all kinds of flowers of daisies, cowslips and primroses. Eggshells are also tied on it. Those eggshells are kept over from Easter Sunday morning. Flowers are also strewn on the door step.Christmas holy water and Easter holy water are mixed and scattered on the crops to bless them.An altar of the Blessed Virgin is erected in every house and the rosary is said in front of it by the whole family every night. Every member of the family must be present at these devotions.
