    who went to mass there.
All these roads very old roads having been made hundreds of years ago. There are many by roads in the district by money granted by the government under a scheme know as the minor scheme. There is a by road leading to knockdominy, which means "The Hill of Sunday" because long ago many people gathered there every Sunday to dance on the summit of the hill. There are no heaps of stones to the dead on the road. There are no mass paths around here either, nor an account of who made the roads.
