Thomas Fitzgerald a native of Castledaly has a charm for curing eresiplisis or lifting the palet of the mouth. Lifting the palet of the mouth, which is done by lifting a certain hair on the top of the head. - A black snail if found when not looking for it. Rubbed three times on the wart. The wart will disappear.
