Even the poorest in the land try to have some nice thing for the Christmas dinner. Some people have a roast goose or turkey or if not they have fowl of some kind namely a chicken or hen. The Christmas dinner is a late dinner and after it we have a rice pudding and tea. - The old people say that every animal goes down on its knees and bows its head at 12 o'clock in honour of the birth of Christ.
