  1. One of our fields is called "Clynes" garden because a man named Clynes lived there long ago. Another of our fields is called "Manns" hill because a man named Mann lived there long ago. There is a field near our house called "Caltra".
My neighbour has a field called "Fúrawn" because it is full of Fúrawns which are like thistles. One of my neigbours has a field called the "Coshier". There is a field near our house called the "Moate Park" because the Moate is in it. My neighbour has a field called "Rickards" field and in this field there was a battle fought and brass buttons and bits of guns were dug up.
