- There is a well in Mr Mann's fieldin Ardnagrath. It is a couple of fields east from the road. The water in this well cures vomiting but it must be taken from the well between sun-set and sun rise. Another person brings home the water to the person who is sick. People do not leave relics at this well. I heard that Saint Patrick blessed this well. there is no tree or bush near it. I never heard of a fish being in it. I heard that this water cured several people.
