  2. Fairy Forts

    There are fairy forts in the school district. They are called raths. There are three in Darogue, two in Laragh and three in Gurteen.
    They are not in view of each other. They are all circular in shape. There is a fence of stones around each of them. There is a hole in the centre of them. There is a fort in James McGee's field of Darogue. One night as Pat Casey of Laragh was going by the fort, he heard talk going on and music playing in the fort.
