Mr Burke Clondra has a great cure for cancer. His uncle gave it to him, and he can not tell it to any-one.
Long-ago there were a great many more people who had cures but they have died, and did not give the cure to any one.
All those people with the cures are great, because no matter who goes to them with their disease they get cured.
