  1. Long ago there lived a man in a place called Curraghroe.
    He was supposed to be the strongest man in the world. His name was Peter Perkinson. He made a bet one day that he would throw a stone futher than any man in Ireland. After a week or so a man took him up and it took place on a mountain in that parish. There was a stone on the mountain that weighed about three tons. Peter took it up and when he was throwing it
