- At the old parish church of Clonguish at Castleforbes there is a stone with a hollow in it and if you rub a pin on each wart and if you drop the pin into the water in the hollow your warts will be cured.
- Get a docken leaf and rub it to the affected part and it will fade away in a few minutes.
