- There is a holy well in the townland of Killbarry in the Co. Roscommon. It is said to be blessed by St. Barry and ever since there does be great devotion at it in July.
There is a life size statue of the Saint at this well. It was put up there by the people in thanksgiving for favours they received from the Saint.
One day a poor woman washed clothes in it and that night it moved about half a mile.
There is a silver coloured fish that darts out from under a stone but he is seen very seldom. It is very lucky to see him.- Collector
