- Many people say they have seen sheet and other things washed out at a fort which is situated in a field belonging to Mr. W. Reilly. This fort is very large with a lot of stones around it and three or four big trees growing. Very often a light is seen around it.

- There is a story told of a tree which was seen at Mr. Robert Geelan's. It is said that this tree was seen burning during the daytime and still it never burned out.
