    Sheelin after bathing in the Lough. He made the poem about Pat O'Farrell when coming home from a fair in Granard. He was able to read and write.
    There were also other poets in the district named Laurence Clinton and James Dolan who both lived in Lisrathigan and Laurence Clinton was 60 years old when he died. He made poems about "Clonbroney", "The battle of Cornhill", "The Penal times" and "Cruelty to animals". James Dolan was born in Lisrathigan and he died at the age of 80.
    He made poems about "the burning of Lisryan barracks", "The rebellion of 1916", and about other things. He made the poem about the burning of Lisryan barracks after posting a letter in Lisryan. Thes poets grandfathers or fathers were not poets.
    These poets took pleasure in poems when they were young and they were able to make poems when they got older.
