    a cure for worms. A kind of weed named Garrow was used for curing a desease in horses called farsey.
    A docking is used for curing a sting of a nettle. For a burn bread soda was rubbed on it, so as not to let the blisters rise. There is a woman in Carrickboy who has a charm for curing wild fire.
    A swelled throat was cured by putting a Leech on the persons neck, the leech would take out the bad blood. Then it would be put in a glass of water, till it would throw up the
