    describe the cuckoo and robin. The cuckoo is a big brown migrant bird. Every year as summer approaches she brings joy to everyone both young and old because they know that the fine weather is sure to be coming. She is a very lazy bird because she builds no nest but it is said that she lays her eggs in another bird's nest and when she is a few days old she pushes the other birds out of the nest. As soon as the summer is over she returns to warmer countries.
    The robin is a brown bird with a red breast. She is not a migrant bird. She builds her nest in the ditch to conceal it from some bold boys. There is a story which is told about the red breast of the robin. One day a robin picked a thorn out of Our Lord's head and as it did so, a drop of blood fell on its breast and that is why it has a red
