    Long ago the old people ate three feeds of nettles a day for the month of March so that they would have no pimples or rash for the year round.
    Marshmallows are used for an ointment if anybody sprained their foot they used this ointment and made a wash of it.
    Long ago people made their own ointment and most of it cured.
    A herb called "Penitery of the wall" which grows on the wall near water and is used to cure the Kidney disease. The roots of a Primrose are used to cure the jaundice or as we call it the " Liver disease". A dockleaf is able to take the sting of a nettle away.
