- Local LanesThe Tocker was a pass-way which the people used as a road in olden times when they would be going to the town or for turf.
There was a lane-way running through Timmons field and it came out at Tommy Murphys cottage and joined Connelly's lane and Connelly's lane joined the Tocker. The Tocker ran at the top of Ryan's bog, and it came out at the back of Nedd Doyle's(continues on next page)- Collector
