    and the whole house began to fill full of people.
    About mid-night the room filled up with smoke and every one started to run out.
    No matter what the woman would do she could not get out.
    She went down in the room where the man was waking.
    The man stood up in the bed and spoke to the woman.
    "You'll never get out", he said. "If you don't tale off your boots and tie them across your shoulder walk three times around the house and then I'll tell you what to do.".
    She walked around the three times and when she was finished she was pouring sweat.
    She went down to the room again but the man did not speak for a long time.
