  1. (continued from previous page)
Did you hear the shock we gave John Brock,
    Upon last Monday morning,
Knocked down the shelf and broke the delph,
And gave Dan Kelly a horn,
We burned a house beyond Colekil
    We wounded Lary Fagan,
We shot Tom Hackett in the bog
    And should slipped John Egan
Then we came home by Rahugh
    And out by Derrygrogan,
Old Larkins flock the hen and cock
We stole on old Mag Hogan.
Did you hear those words that Jack Carroll said
The night his son was born,
May the heavens bless your curly head
We'll ring the old puck in the morning
