- In my fathers farm there is a field known as the "Brickyard", because bricks were made in it long ago. Another field is called the "Callow", because it is bordering the river Clodiagh. He has another field called the "Yellow Field", because the clay of it is very yellow.
Another field is called the "Meadow". I don't know why this field got the name of the meadow but it seems there was long grass growing in it long ago. Another field is known as the"River Meadow" and I don't know how it got that name.(continues on next page)
