    and commenced to eat it. But the moment he stuck his knife in it a charming lady stood before him and said "O you dreadful disturber take me back to my home at once, or I shall never give you peace" The young landlord being frightened went to the well with the lady still on the dish and dropped her into it.
    The at once changed her form and became a fish again. The well is now shut up and is not to be seen and as far as for the fish no one knows where it went.
