Itch.
"Stew a handful of the leaves of blackbutton plant in water + drink the full of a glass every morning fasting.
Rub the skin with sulphur mixed with lard"
Corns.
"Fasten an ivy leaf smeared with lard on the corn, renew a couple of times + it will bring up the corn."
Heatburn.
"A handful of the tops of broom stewed like tea, strained when cool + put in a bottle. Take a glass of it in the morning fasting."
Dropsy.
"Take a glass of the above every night and morning"
Scurvy
"This is called the cure of the Sweat Woods and I have known people to be cured by it up to 50 years ago" -
