Newtown barry. They made Barke lead the horse. After travelling a good way an officer said 'yound fellow you ought to be tired leap up on the saddle. He didn't know hot to get up so he vaulted into the saddle! 'Begob' says the officer when he saw how active Battle was 'you are the young fellow that got away with the worm.' They tried to get out of him where the worm was but Barke told nothing.
