- The Nook Field is four miles from a road. It is a small field with a piece of ground stretching out forming a corner. There is only one corner in the field the rest of the field is a kind of round, that is how it is called the Nook. A lane goes by it to the road.

- The Loorough is a field about three or four miles from a road. It is called after a man named Loorough who was killed there. He was one of the yeomen. Many of the yeomen were killed in different places the places were called after them. That is how the Loorough got its name.
