    When the stars fly it is a sign of very stormy weather. When the stars are dim with frail clouds passing over them it is a sign of a storm on its way.
    When the stars are in clusters in the sky it is a sign of a bright morrow.
    If the sky is decked with white clouds it is a sign of a showery day. If there are red clouds in the South it is a sign of a windy day.
    A Rainbow in the morning is a sign of rain, + a Rainbow in the evening is a sign of clearing.
    If the wind is coming from the South it is a sign of rainy weather. If the wind is coming from the North it brings rain or snow. The South west wind brings the most rain and sleet.
