    Next he cuts the seed, leaves some eyes in each seed and sets them 12 inches apart and each row 22 inches apart. Then he spreads the manure and sometimes he uses artificial manure. He covers the drills with a horse and plough.
    In May he grubs and moulds them up and leaves them there until they are fit to dig out in October. He scraums them and pits them up. He has table potatoes and pig feeding, and the same culture takes place every year.
