  1. In '98 there was a thatched catholic Church burnt to the ground by the yoe men. There were three bells being taken from this catholic church to Newcastle Protestant Church. They were obliged to go by Trudder Road to Newcastle. There was a pond in our field beside the road. One of the bells gave a loud peal and hopped from the car into the pond and was never seen again. My father told me the above.
