    Another cure for a cold is to give whisky punch to the patient.
    A warm foothbath is given for a cold in the head.
    To stop bleeding.
    (i) Get a cobweb and put it on the cut.
    (ii) Get a dandelion and apply it to the cut.
    (iii) Bathe the wound in hot water to which a pinch of salt has been added.
    To cure a corn :-
    Get an ivy leaf and tie it around the corn.
    To cure a headache :-
    Drink dandelion tea. This is made by boiling dandelion in water. The water is called tea. Another cure is the handkerchief around the head.
    To cure a sprain or strain :-
    Go to a running stream and hold the strained part under the running water
    Goose-seam rubbed to the affected part cures it.

    There is a Holy well in Kinawley and anybody who is suffering from toothache and drinks this water is cured.
    Put salt on the gum to draw out the water.
