   In the County Cavan people have a lot of cures which they received from their ancestors. Mrs. Mee, of Carrafin, Butlersbridge, Co. Cavan has a cure for sprain. When she is curing a sprain, she rubs her hand on the part which is sprained and says some words or prayer to herself. She never tells anyone what she is saying because she says that only one is supposed to have
