    while in others it is swampy and not much used for turf making. There is no large wood growing in the townland but there are small plantings. There are about two acres under plantation. There are no rivers or lakes in this townland. There is a small stream seperating Drumkeeran from Oakwood and the same stream seperates it from Kilavann. There is another stream seperating it from Tonagh. There are no stories or songs connected with the streams.
