  1. A Local Song (continued)

    Here we live in Enaghan

    (continued from previous page)
    Likewise the Mc Naboes.
    (2)
Pat Stevey, aye, and Phildy's Tom,
    Their fond of porter sprees,
There's the Peteys and the Murtahs,
    Likewise the Mc Naboes.
    (3)
    The Jones and the Connellys,
Who live at the foot of the hill,
But I forget I must go back for poor old Charle's Phil,
    So now, I hurry onwards.
    And make no more delay,
I have to see Phildy's Jimmy,
    And his neighbour Pat McStay,
    The Kiernans and John Carty,
There're fond of a little drop,
And I'll go and see Pat Mulligan,
Who keeps a little (drop) shop.
