There is an old wooden plate in my aunts of a very funny shape it has a turned down border & a hollow in the middle like a bowl it has come down from her great grand mother which was preserved to this day.
There is an old mug in this house with a tin handle on it a tinker used to go round putting handles on mugs.
There was a tree in our garden it was cut down & when my father was chopping it up he found a nail in the middle of the tree is said to be a hundred years
