    Some people are noted for match making. When a man is going to get married he gets a match-maker and takes him to the house of his intended bride. There they are entertain-ed, and the match-maker makes the match and settles on the dowry for the bride. When the intended bride would be leaving for the Church an old shoe is generally thrown after her for luck. After
