- We have a churn at home. It is a barrel churn. It is about four feet high. We have it for the past four years.
We churn twice a week in the Summer time and once a week in the Winter time. We have a separator at home and we separate every night and morning.
The cream ripens quicker in the Summer time than in the Winter time. - You are not logged in, but you are welcome to contribute a transcription anonymously.
