    If two visitors ( independent of each other) come to your house one day; a third is sure to come.
    If a knife falls to the floor at meal -times, it is a sign that a man visitor will shortly come in. If a fork drops the visitor will be a woman.
    If boots are left on a table, it is a sign of a row in the house.
    If the fire does not light very successfully in the morning, it is a sign that it will be a day of small annoyances.
