  1. Some people empty out the water from the well. They take out all the glár and put a couple of lumps of lime in it. Others go out and gather may-flowers and spread them at the door and windows while others gather big bunches of daisies and build big altars outside in the garden and put the flowers on it.
    Some people tie red and white strings on the cows' tails. They believe that in future they will have good luck.
