    Ducks are kept in much the same way as hens, only they do not stay on perches at night. They sleep on the ground. Ducks usually bring out their young ones in the open. Duck's eggs are not usually eaten in this district because they are too strong and not nice. When you are calling ducks you say, Weit! Weit! When people see a duck eating grass, they say it is a sign of rain.
