    house nine times having the prayer or charm said while doing so. The way a strain was cured was to get the person who had the cure. They would rub the strain. This was done for three days saying the charm and it would be cured. Heart failure is cured by getting a penny piece which is placed upon the heart, the person being first laid on his back. After this the person who is making the cure burns a little spirits in a tumbler and presses it against the part which is under the penny. This is said to cure the person for good. Chill blains are cured by drinking lime water and washing them in
