  1. 1) Each honest man if such there can be found around Grousehall
    Come join with me in sympathy, and pity my downfall.

    That broke the law, and was the cause of bloodshed everywhere,
    But Martin's fall in Donegal will be avenged e'er long,
    MacFadden's crew will get their due, and who will sing their song.

    I do deny that ever I a naked female seen
    The gentle sex I'm sure they're vexed, they feel the insult keen,
    It was a shame to fin the flame all on me in the wrong.
    But while I live I can't forgive the man that made the song.
