    Long ago the old people made bread out of wheaten meal and potatoes it was called potato bread. They never made bread out of flour long ago. I often ate potato bread.
    The people made the bread with buttermilk or sometimes with water when they had no buttermilk. The people nowadays never heard of querns or grind stones.
