the big wind were a woman lived alone. The roof was blown in and the woman died next day of shock.
Another sad story is told where a family of children were going to a neighbour's house for shelter, one child was struck with a brick which fell from the chimney and had to be sent to Hospital the next day.
Anyone that remembered that night forgot it until they died. There is no one living now who remembers that night as it is almost a century ago.
