    Another local cure, is when a person has a wart, a number of rushes are got and pointed at the wart. Then they are left in a wall and when the rushes are withered the wart will disappear.
    Some people has the cure of a strain. The strain is cured by saying a certain prayer and rubbing the injured part.
    Many plants which grow in the fields produce cures. The dock plant is rubbed on the sting and the words, Dock in and Dock out take the sting of the nettle out is said.
