“I have a churn at home.”
I have a churn at home. It is two feet four inches high and one foot ten inches wide. It is narrower in the middle than at the top or bottom. There are many parts in it, namely, the lid, the dash, the joggler and the churn cloths. There is a hole in the middle of the lid for the dash to go up and down through when you are churning. The joggler is used for keeping the milk from splashing through the hole in the lid. The churn cloths are used for keeping the milk from coming out(continues on next page)- Collector
