Hail, full of grace the Lord is with thee,
May I partake of that grace,
    Blessed are thou among women,
And blessed be St. Anne, they Mother,
Of whom thou were born without spot or stain,
O Virgin Mary, and of thee Jesus was born,
    Son of the living God.
    Amen.

When lying down to sleep it is a custom to cut the letters I.N.R.I on the forehead and says the words:-
Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews.
Preserve me from a sudden, and unprepared death. Amen
    XIV

There is not great or small,
Above the roaring of the flood
    He hears the Sparrow's fall.
    Amen
