    Dean Swifi the famous writer is said to have once lived in a cottage between Trim and Rathmoylon.
    One day his butler prepared roast goose for his dinner but before placing it on the table he took one of the legs and ate it himself.Dean asked why it was that the goose had only one leg and the butler replied that geese can be seen as often with one leg as with two.
