    There are about 136 suppliers bringing milk with a daily supply of about 2,000 gallons during the summer months. Suppliers are paid on the butter fat basis or an average price of d4 3/4 per gallon last year with seperated milk returned free.
    Work is first started at about 5:30 in the morning. The milk is brought in by the suppliers in cans from seven o clock to eleven o clock. It is weighed in lbs and a record in a pass-book kept by the suppliers
    Through the weighing machine all the milk passes into a tank of 300 gallons capacity. From
