  1. In every place on the night of June the 23rd all the young boys light a fire.
    It is called a Bonfire in honour of St. John.
    In some villages all gather together and make a big fire.
    In other places each house make one. It is (is) made of turf and a bone is thrown into it.
    All the people say prayers around it.
