- I live in Townyunloch that means the field near the lake. One part of our mountain is called Ben Gorm. The reason it was called Ben Gorm is because there are a great number of blue slates on the mountainside.Another mountain is called " Lug na gCaorach " or the valley of the sheep. The next mountain is Taoibh na Binne. This mountain was called Taoibh na Binne because it has a shape like the gable of a house. Another mountain is called Meath na bhFóthach.
