    Clogheen. He was accused of the murder of John Bridge and hanged in Clonmel. This man John Bridge was afterwards seen in America. This happened about the end of the seventeenth century.
    His body was taken from Clonmel and buried by his friends in the old Church-yard at Shandrahan where people still go to see his grave. There is a nice monument erected to his memory in Clogheen.
